U-Cursos

Hi guys, Do you know a more useful website than u-cursos? well, probably you do, but you cant see your marks on it

U-Cursos is a website done uniquely for students "de la Chile" or people who work at the university (UCH). It shows information of your class, its where your teachers upload the "ppt", and the guides of classes, is where you see your marks, and also the place where you comunicate with your teachers (or at least where the delegate of the class communicate with the head teacher in most of cases). This website is the new facebook, you cant live with it.

i wonder how many ingeneers where needed to make this marvelous logo.
To enter to u-cursos you need an account, generally is the first letter of your name followed by a dot and your lastname (ej: m.uribe) and a password that is given to you.
I really like this page, its not the most fancy website but once you habituate to it, navigate into it is very fast and confortable.

My favourite music

Hi dawgs!  If you don’t like music, kill yourself… Seriously, do it. I’ve been always close to every kind of music. I barely remember when I was like 3 or 4 years old and my brother has a CD of “Los Prisioneros” and also has one of “Gorillaz”. Those both are way too different, but I remember that I enjoyed a lot listening to them. So I grew up listening the music that my brother had like Limp Bizkit, System of a Down, Black eyed peas (weird) and many others. Later a cousin of mine told me that I must listen to “Rust in peace” of Megadeth and so I did. After that I fell in love of them and started to listen to other metal bands like Iron Maiden, Dream Theater, Tool, etc. Nowadays I listen to a lot of genres of music like rap in English and Spanish, metal in many of its varieties, even artists from the “Nueva ola” like Rafael or Camilo Sesto or tha boss: José josé. But I’m surviving university just with Canserbero and Iron Maiden, I don’t need anything else to fail properly in “anato”.

Never forget José josé

My favourite picture

This picture sum up my high school life

This picture was taken the last year in "el cuadrado" by a guy who was walking around (nobody knows him) and shows my previous class 4ºF.

I love this picture for what represent, it was a beautiful but a sad day. The last one with that uniform. Me and ALL my classmates came to "el cuadrado" to say goodbye to our Lastarria.

My class were the most strong and united class in the whole world, we were a family, a band of brothers. we has our own chorus that sounded every time our baby futbol team played, in the breaks, or even in the class hours, every single time when something unusual happened, we singed that beautiful song,
Oh!, good old times, when i was a "liceano", a time of wasting time, nothing really mattered.

we all lives in differents part of santiago so we dont see much ourselves. I cant wait for a "junta".

MECH0N30

Hi my dear followers, do you remember the "mechoneo"? well, i remember it like it was yesterday, i still smell like fish (im joking i smell like flowers). I can remember that some days before the mechoneo i was very afraid of it (you can say that i had the pear) because all the people said a lot of bad thing about it and overstated it a little bit.

Then the day of the "mechoneo" finally came and our partners of second year had tended us a trap, that was a fake diagnostic test (very funny at least) to lock us in the auditorium. LUCKY ME that day i took old clothes with me. because i had to throw it away after that day.

After tie us (with "pita") in the auditorium they took us to the street and throw us a lot of random things like manjar colun, vinegar, yoghurt, jam, hair (yes, hair), a lot of flour, etc.. and they continued all the way around the "manzana" with this rare ritual. in this path of hell the bad guys were merciless but it wasn't the worst thing of the day,

at this point nobody could left the "filita india"

Once inside the faculty we have a mini break with some nasty penances like suck the "sapito" (the chocolate). And then came the main course, the trash pool where we had to literally swim on rotten garbage.

The last thing was kissing a pig head (very soft after that wash) After all this we had to go outside to "pechar plata" and make the ammount of $20.000 to take back our things. I came up to "la moneda" in my research.

At the end of the day i collected like $25.000 and obviusly i kept the gabriela with me.

After all i can say that it wasn't as bad as the people said, it was very funny and i could make some friends in the path. I cant wait for be the one who "mechonea".
